Gaji pokok dan tunjangan tetapBase salary and fixed allowances
Gaji tidak boleh di bawah upah minimum provinsi atau kabupaten/kota tempat legal officer bekerja. Tunjangan tetap ikut dihitung sebagai upah untuk iuran BPJS dan THR.Pay may not be below the provincial or city minimum wage where the legal officer works. Fixed allowances count as wages for BPJS contributions and THR.

Pekerja dengan masa kerja 12 bulan atau lebih berhak atas THR sebesar satu bulan upah, dan yang kurang dari 12 bulan secara proporsional (Permenaker 6/2016).
