PPN dan PPh 23 ditanggung penerima jasa, di luar honorarium.We set out the fee in a written proposal once we understand your workload, the number of legal officers and your sector. VAT and Article 23 income tax are borne by the client, on top of the fee.

Bisa. Legal officer dapat bekerja penuh waktu atau pada hari tertentu di kantor Anda, atau bekerja dari kantor ALLMAR. Supervisi tetap oleh advokat ALLMAR Law & Permit.Yes. Legal officers can work full-time or on set days at your office, or from the ALLMAR office. Supervision stays with ALLMAR Law & Permit advocates.
